Project background
A greenfield logistics hub in Surabaya needed a durable warehouse shell with heavy floor loads and fast coverage of an 18,500 sqm footprint. The client prioritized speed to operations for regional distribution tenants.
Project goal
Complete the warehouse structure with clear-height and slab capacity suited to racking and forklift traffic, while sequencing pours so MEP rough-in and dock construction could follow immediately behind the slab program.

Why this approach
We planned large-slab pours in phases, aligned mix designs for wear resistance, and coordinated delivery slots with the civil and MEP scopes. Modular thinking around dock lines let the team parallelize exterior works instead of waiting for a single monolithic pour.
Key outcomes
The facility reached practical completion with 24 dock doors ready for tenant fit-out. Slab tolerances and strength targets were met for high bay storage, supporting earlier activation of the distribution network than the baseline schedule.
