Project background
A mixed-use commercial tower in central Jakarta required reliable high-rise concrete supply across an accelerated construction schedule. The site sat on a constrained CBD parcel with strict delivery windows and coordination with multiple subcontractors on structure and façade works.
Project goal
Deliver roughly 125,000 sqm of gross floor area with consistent structural concrete performance from foundation through topping-out—while keeping pump logistics and pour sequencing aligned with the owner’s milestone plan.

Why this approach
We paired high-rise mix designs with pump-friendly workability targets, night-pour coordination, and batch-plant QA tied to each lift. That combination reduced rework risk on critical-path floors and gave the main contractor predictable lead times for steel and formwork crews.
Key outcomes
The tower topped out in 2024 with major structural pours completed on schedule. Documented batch records and site coordination helped the project team close out the core-and-shell phase without slip on the owner’s targeted handover window.
